Great customer service!
I was very pleased with the service at my location. It was my first time and I took advantage of the free drycl cleaning service. I was very pleased with the way they packed and stuffed my shirts and every was pressed so neatly. I am definitely a long time customer now.

The overall experience was excellent however, when I picked up a sweater for my wife, the item itself was ~$10 and I was charged almost $30. The difference relates to a leather dress my wife picked up in December. She paid for it at the time on one of her cards, but apparently it didn’t go through. Nonetheless, your team allowed her to take the dress.
