Stains not out 1st time and pricey.
I won't be returning. My dress didn't come back clean, and the prices were very high ($9.35 for a cocktail dress after applying their half-price coupon for new customers). I sent my dress back for a second attempt at stain removal. The dress was still stained after their second attempt. They did not attach a note indicating that they had tried and failed to remove the stains. All of my shirts were missing the collar stays they were sent in with! My collars flipped up and...let's just say that I was disappointed.
You lost one of my blouses several months ago and no one has shown any concern. Rarely do I see the same person when I drop off/pick up and I am always told to just check back. I have been a customer of M Cleaners for many years and I am sorry to say, I won't return until I have an answer on my missing blouse.
My experience was the quality and cleaning was to my expectation. Also the pricing is too expensive for the quality of service. I have been a customer of MW Cleaners for couple of years.
The dry cleaners lost brand new Joseph Banks slacks twice in a relatively short period of time. The first time I was understanding and they gave a credit (although for a fraction of the cost). The second time was the item I replaced the first time they lost it. They argued that the item wasn't dropped off and I was in error.
