Store Manager was extremely rude by hanging up on me during my call to ask why I was being charged a different price than what I was confirmed by another employee the day before. I’ve always had issues with this location i.e.,my garment was damaged and I always have to keep returning for a refund for damage clothing and incorrect pricing information. I’m unsatisfied with their customer care service and will be taking my business else where.
Awful experience. I spent to close to 1 hour 15 minutes in the store trying to pick up my clothes. They as labeled my shirts (which were 100% cotton) as dry cleaning shirts and specialty laundered needed. Employee said she could not do anything and manager wasn’t there. I had to call various Tide location until I get assistance. HORRIBLE experience and ZERO customer service at the store.

Well i went To the location off south shepherd and when i picked up my clothes yesterday!!! It was someone else’s clothes now idk where to find my clothes or who has them!!! And that was 400dollars worth of clothes... so now I’m playing the waiting game
I brought in my mothers wedding dress and it came back discolored and just as wrinkled as it was before. The cloth buttons down the back are absolutely ruined. I wanted to wear this dress on my wedding day and now I won’t know if I’ll wear it all. Worst experience at a dry cleaner ever.

$95 for 14 pieces and 11 were men’s standard dress shirts? Obscene pricing and I just moved from the Heights which isn’t the least expensive area. Sticker shocked to say the least, will NEVER return. Plan to leave yelp review warning others.

They ruined my brand new $450 silk top with your iron, drilling two holes in it and made me pay for the pleasure. I am appalled! Their response was to offer me a store credit. I used to use MW cleaners but will never use Tide Cleaners services again.
Tide cleaners has still not recovered my two business shirts and it's been over a week and a half.
