Best service levels EVER. Others in service industries should follow the whole MW culture. I was a DM for a retailer for about 20 years. I would have my manager shop MW to learn. Well the cleaners has the same greatness. I love this store.
The employees are always very pleasant and professional. I have had only one occasion to return a garment to be pressed again. I absolutely loved the sweaters being returned folded and in the small plastic bags-very easy to store for next year.
I have used this dry cleaners since moving back to Houston. The staff is great and friendly!
New store which is nice clean. It staff is what makes me come back. Price a little high, that may make me change but I like it overall.
