I've called several times and no one can find my 2 new Nordstrom dress shirts at the Shepherd Drive location in Houstin, TX.
It is too expensive.
It is too expensive and therefore we are unlikely to use it again. There are much less expensive local dry cleaners. This is a major factor and surprisingly Tide is not willing to adjust the rates to be able to compete with others.
I came to Tide after a disastrous experience at another dry cleaners. I brought my clothes to Tide and Keenan reassured me that the stains could be removed. Although I was a bit skeptical Ana heistant, his upbeat attitude was very reassuring. To my pleasant suppose when my clothes came back, the cleaning more than exceeded my expectations. Thanks Keenan Spencer and Tide! You have a new customer.

Good service but way over priced, will not be back
My jacket showed new stains after dry cleaning. On discussing with the employee, he said to file a claim. First thing he asked was proof of purchase. Not sure how many folks save every receipt of every item they purchase. I had bought this jacket about 13 months ago and don’t have receipt. The employee said he cannot do anything then. COST is far too high.
I brought you two pairs of slacks one of them was never washed and all wrinkled when I picked it up. Your store Attendent witnessed it and took a picture of the slacks.
