The main thing I can say about Tide Cleaners is that the end result is always good. My laundered shirts come out better than ever. Suits, pants and sport coats taken in for cleaning are well done. Now for an area that could use help. Your manager always seems overworked. She is very courteous, helpful, etc., but is often replaced by a new person who is not familiar with our account. Could it be that for the volume of the store just off of San Felipe in Houston, you need more than one clerk? At several different locations... read more
