Not all that great...2 pm yesterday-Friday.....the lady at the computer took a very long time to find out acct considering a quite common name. Then she seemed determined to get me to use lockers at the back of the floorplan to get my shirts. I have been coming to this store for about 25 years. I am older with back issues,,,,asked if this was a new policy since every time i come in they get the cleaning, they walk it to the front, scan it and send me on my way.
