The process for pickup at this Tide store is a bit different from my previous Tide store in Katy. The staff is very cordial and helpful, but I still need to be informed as to how to use the 24 hour feature of the Post Oak facility.
Annette is the best!! She helped me make sure my dress was repaired, cleaned and back on time. Very happy with this kind of experience!!!
