Always a pleasure with the in-store personnel. They quickly send back clothing which was not repaired or cleaned correctly. In fact, I have been charged and took home pants that were to be hemmed, but will have to be taken back because whoever hems pants did not. I had to take back a shirt now twice because the collar was not cleaned properly (I even pay more for white to be cleaned to be actually white already) by whoever actually cleans customer apparel.
