This was my first time using Tides wash, dry, and fold service. I went for the promotion to healthcare workers, where they do your laundry at no cost. The experience was quick and efficient!! The staff at the Post Oak, uptown location is super friendly, which makes for a pleasant drop off. When I picked up my clothes they were neatly folded and packed with care! I am definitely considering using them for my weekly laundry needs. LW

Always quality work. My only complaint is that my clothes are stored in upper level lockers when I’ve requested lower level ones. I have to struggle to get my clothes or ask for help if someone is in the store. A bit frustrating.
