I dropped the items off w/ a 50% off first order. The person that took the items knew I was using a coupon and did not tell me it wasn’t good for the throw that I had cleaned. I paid $32 (expecting to pay $16) I would not have gotten it cleaned if I had known the cost. I will not use your stores for my dry cleaning again. I left a message at the corporate office requesting to speak w/ someone about my bad experience.
YOU ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I WOULD NEVER BACK THERE AND I WILL TELL ALL MY NEIGHBORS AND MY FRIENDS . THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE PRICE WHEN I DROPED MY CLOTHS THERE.
Managed to ruin my $300 letterman jacket
MW Cleaners has done a great job for me for many, many years and I am well pleased with them.
I always enjoy my trips to MW Cleaners. The help is always so friendly. I'm 82 years old and it's getting harder to make the trips to your store. You take my checks each time, I don't see why you can't let the driver take the checks and deliver to my door. I don't give out a credit card after being compromised at Target, Home Depot, and my Chase Bank accounts.
MW Cleaners always do great for me. There is a great group there, from the manager to the lowest level employees.
Always a pleasure to work with the team at MW Cleaners. Pride and professionalism is evident in everything they do, from greeting you to preparing your clothes. Highly recommended-
Only thing is --- expensive..
Always great to work with my MW Cleaners in the Alden Bridge Shopping Center. I ALWAYS look forward to seeing Beverly there. She is the best!
