This is the second time I have got a suit jacket jacket with creases and puckering. The first suit is no longer wearable. I told this before dropping my jacket and pants off yesterday.
One linen blouse for dry cleaning and a lady called me saying that the blouse has some holes that would get worsen by cleaning, so I said to leave it but I couldn’t understand it, holes? I went to pick it up and the entire blouse is full of big and small holes, how come do they say it was brought for cleaning like that? Am I wearing clothes with big holes to go to work and don’t see them? BS ... they damaged it and blamed on me , poor management and no respect for the client. Never again!
No dudo de la calidad de su servicio pero es demasiado caro. No me parece razonable que ni siquiera te digan cuanto va a ser la cuenta hasta que ya está listo el servicio. Que lastima una descripción muy grande. Pague $130 dlls cuando en otras tintorerías he pagado menos de la mitad. Estoy muy enojada.
In terms of straming, the job was adequate. I took in 3 pieces to have steamed. 1 sweatshirt. 1 jumpsuit. 1 beach style dress. I picked up the 3 pieces and as FLOORED by the charge of $38.80. All 3 pieces had never been worn and still had the price tags on them. I needed them steamed for my daughter’s photo shoot. I will NEVER use the facility again for that reason. I’m still aghast. Plain and simple.
2-3 creases down each sleeve on 2 shirts (reoccurring issue). Asked for pants to be pressed for trip and they charged $8+ for laundering them. Told my rep at pick-up but didn’t respond.
We are thinking of no longer doing business this dry cleaners. Too many negative changes overall from pricing to service to other annoying small things that just don't seem to make it worth it any longer. Same great staff at the store but your changes are very negative.
Same services higher prices. Why bother? Best of luck with the new logo.
I stopped using you because even with your coupons you are way too expensive. It’s sad that your prices have gotten stupidly over priced throughout the years.
Most expensive dry cleaners on the planet! Two aloha shirts cost me $16 and with tax $17 and change. Will never use them again. They told me I could print out a coupon. Well, I don’t have a printer!
