Terrible customer service. Long standing customer at new location, refused to give discount without a coupon. I explained that I had not used a coupon at the other location, and I was told that they were going to inform the management at that store because they weren't supposed to be doing that. Sorry Tide, I'll take my business somewhere else. It takes only seconds to lose a customer...

You’re associate was polite and processed our order in a timely fashion. However I was disappointed that you no longer had a seamstress at your Alden Bridge location as I needed repairs on my pillow cases. My bedding looked great but I was surprised at the cost . It was double from last year. Needless to say I’m very disappointed at this increase.

For over a year the cleaned items seem to look worse, not better. Buttons hanging off , loose threads, a slightly faded look. I am literally afraid to take expensive labels there. I have been a client over 15 years. Not sure what has happened.

The quality of dry cleaning and ironing was the worst. I took the clothes myself as I had just got back from trip and was leaving again today and all my sweaters looked as if washed abs not ironed. As well as my husband shirt looked wrinkled though was hanging.
The MOST EXPENSIVE DRY CLEANERS on our planet! $9.48 for ONE ALOHA SHIRT! Will NEVER EVER be back!
