We were so shocked at the price for dry cleaning a simple black dress. No lace or ribbon or belt or any detail on it and it cost almost $33.00!!! We will be looking for another place to dry clean dresses or maybe all of our clothes.
Advertised free pick-up and delivery, but charged me for delivery. Delivery person left the the dry cleaning on the ground on my front door step. No text letting me know they were out for delivery. They didn't bother to deliver the laundry part of my order so I had to go pick it up. The tickets were not enumerated, so I don't know if I was charged for the delivery I didn't receive, or not. And I don't know how much each item cost. Very, very poor service and delivery.
I ask for not pleats in my pants and ever time my pants come back with pleats. I will never use Tide Cleaners again! I don’t mind that Tide Cleaners is by far the highest price, but when you combine that with horrible service….that is sad. My advise use a different dry cleaner.

Laundry service good but now looking for another cleaner who will take cash or checks. The charge/debit payment only requirement is annoying.
I feel that your lack of transparent pricing is a direct ploy to hide that fact that you charge $5.88 for ironing a pair of pants. I would not recommend your business to anyone because I don’t know anyone who has that type of expendable cash! Enjoy my money, it will be the last you receive from me. Kyle
