When I dropped off my cleaning items the ladies barely spoke to me, were almost rude. When i picked up my cleaning the young lady was friendly and conversant. A nice change from the other 2 ladies.

If you look, i am been loyal to the MW/ Tide Cleans for quite a few years. You have great service, great people. We have an occasional miss on a cleaning or laundry item, but that is to be expected. I will also share that w/o the Coupons I would more than likely move on and find another cleaner, I believe you are very expense if no coupons were available. Happy New Year, Eli
