Clothes were cleaned and like the IM notification of clothes being ready. Your survey indicates my visit was in March 2018, but I have been several times since that initial visit. Thanks for doing such a great job and really liked the little washing pod samples too.
We really like your services but think the pricing is to high.
Great experience but too expensive versus market prices.
The alterations performed on my jeans were AWESOME and just what I wanted. It was at a very reasonable price and took only 24 hours.
Alteration was missed, but was fixed immediately when pointed out!
Variety of services offered. Fair price.
Folks were friendly, fast and efficient. I am also impressed with the marketing efforts ( I am in marketing). I love the coupons and samples. It is also a very CLEAN look. You all have also done your research by giving folks delivery options on where to put laundry being delivered ( back or front of house) and with being able to contact the driver, etc.
