If you look, i am been loyal to the MW/ Tide Cleans for quite a few years. You have great service, great people. We have an occasional miss on a cleaning or laundry item, but that is to be expected. I will also share that w/o the Coupons I would more than likely move on and find another cleaner, I believe you are very expense if no coupons were available. Happy New Year, Eli

While doing house renovations, we noticed my husband's service coat from the navy had mold growing on it. With no way to clean it properly ourselves, I took the coat to Tide Dry Cleaners knowing it was our only shot to save it. Ivana and the rest of the staff were very friendly and so helpful with my husband's coat. Despite initial reservations, they were willing to try their best to clean and save my husband's coat and I had no expectations but hope.
