The employees at the alden bridge store when it was MW Cleaners are fantastic. Now you have hired some new staff members and they are not as pleasant or responsive to me as I would like. I know changes happen however, I am not sure if Tide Cleaners offers training for them to communicate with the public foryour new staff members. Maybe a thought? Thank you

Happy the comforter was finished in one day. Not so happy that when the person got my comforter from the back the bottom was dragging on the floor. Didn’t I just pay to get that cleaned.
