I had left fingerless gloves in a coat pocket - they were cleaned and charged. Without any phone call. It would have been nice to have been asked if this was necessary because they should not have been and what if they were leather?

I had printed a 40% off coupon from your website and when I dropped off my items, I was told I would be able to use it towards my order. But the coupon wasn't applied to the order.

I received an email telling me that i had 1 item to be picked up. I went to do so, and was told by the clerk that there was nothing to be picked up. I showed her the email notification that indeed i did have an item to be picked up.....and her comment was "....oh, that system is wrong a lot...". What am i supposed to do with this? I am convinced that you do have an item for me, but you (and the clerk) simply cannot find it. Very unhappy.....

I had a special order about a month ago. I requested to have seamstress work done on a kimono from Japan. I specifically asked for it to be sewn, cleaned and folded. When I picked it up, it had remnants of thread, signs of it not being cleaned well and hanging on a hanger. Then I had a coat cleaned a few weeks ago and sent it back twice. It looked as is they never pressed it. We have been coming to this cleaners since you first opened and have been very happy, but these two incidents were very disappointing.
