I called a week before bringing in my clothes. I was told that the price for 3 dress jackets and 3 slacks would be $38.10. I explained that I had a 30% off coupon and asked how that worked. I was told that the 30% would be taken off the price quoted. I brought in my clothes and was given the same price. I was again told that the 30% off coupon would be taken off that price for a total of $26.67. When I picked up my clothes, I was told that the price was $33.38 with my coupon. easy drop off and pick up
The cleaning is fine - I used the 50% off coupon but your system only gave me about 25% off. The clerk didnt know why - said she didnt know how to override it and said the manager would call me. I am still waiting ....
I had a 50% off coupon which I submitted with my order. When I went to pick up it was not reflected in my bill. The young lady said the only thing she could do was tell the manager, who would call me and give me another 50% off coupon. I have heard NOTHING FROM ANYONE!!!
You ruined my tie, made me pay for it and only offered $50. Perhaps you are not familiar with how much good tie's cost and there was no wear and tear. The tie was like new having received it at Christmas and only been worn once a week, that's 16 times.
Great service and staff. Dylan is great. I highly recommend this location.
The employees are always nice and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Even when something is wrong they fix it, no fight!!! I am never going somewhere else.
