I took in a brand new dress shirt and the cuffs turned blue. I’m not sure what my next steps are, but probably will be looking for a new dry cleaner. You have a very friendly staff however and the store is very clean. Just wish the outcome was better.
Men's pants went in with creases and when i picked up they were not creased. Pressed flat. Also, took a sweater in, picked up it was folded on a hanger. Now there are creases on the front of the sweater which will need to be lightly ironed before wearing. Laundry shirt did come out good.
Your plant needs to read instructions provided by the store personnel. The store people are doing a great job. The plant personnel have a problem. If they need the instructions in a language other than English I will be happy to translate
I dropped off 4 pairs of pants, all from Land's End, but received just 3 back. I called the store when I got home after finding the shortage and notified your associate of the missing pants. She was most helpful in explaining how you would try to locate the pants and what your policy was if they could not be found. That's all well and good, but this was my very first experience with your company and it didn't go very well.
Brought in a brand new white shirt to be laundered and starched; it came back with a red spot on the sleeve and does not appear to have been starched. Also charged over $6.00 for one shirt, ridiculous!!
You have ruined three sweaters. Two are Eileen Fisher and one Tommy Bahama. They have holes and I'm very disappointed and will never come back again and would like compensation.
The girl misquoted me when I went in for the first time. When I went to pick up merchandise the price was double what she quoted! Also she looked like she needed a shower! Nails dirty and hair a mess. When handling nice clothing she should present herself better and loose her attitude. Won't be back.
