Your staff is always courteous and very friendly. I had an issue with the pressing of my pants and they promptly agreed to re-do it and ensured that it would be done correctly.

Service is fast and clothing is always done well.. however the last several visits I was charged too much for shirt laundering and pressing. 4 short sleeve Hawaiian style shirts cost me $20 last visit (yesterday) which is $5 a shirt. That’s more than I paid for dress shits in the past. I’m goi g to find a cheaper cleaners

Try Eyre seems to be some confusion regarding Sat same day service. I have been dropping off on Sat mornings now for several years, picking up on Sat eve or Sun, since I travel a lot. When I dropped off on Sat around 8:15 am, I could not get back my things that evening. I insisted she said she would check. When I returned for pickup Sun Atenoon, again she informed me that, it was avail for pickup, but there were a couple of pieces that would be ready today because there is no Sat same day service. When in and picked up dry cleaning and when I arrived home, I received a phone call from the store asking I return and that my payment didn’t process properly. I returned the following day, to pay “again”, which was not convenient.
Price to clean or launder one pair of slacks was $6.95, which is very high. When I requested a price list, I was told that there is no price list available to customers. What other business refuses to tell customers the prices for services?
Since the brand changed to Tide Cleaners, there seems to be a deep decline in the ability to remove stains.
Would not honor the discount coupon for first time customer. The service was not friendly.
