I have a St. John knit long dress that I called about and was told that Delia's could clean it, but when I went back to pick it up I was told that they could not clean it due to some ornaments around the neckline. The cleaning instructions on the dress say to cover the ornaments for dry cleaning. I was very disappointed because I thought Delia's was a professional dry cleaners.
Last time we had business shirts cleaned through your service there were 2 shirts that were ruined. They were shrunk and became un-wearable. We called and were told that we could bring the shirts back in and have them stretched. What kind of service is that? Also, we still continue to receive emails with coupons but the expirations are date for one business day after the mailing date. gave me a receipt for the WRONG clothes ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, again
My shirts were worst then when I brought them in. They were sending them back but I had to pay for them before they would send them back. I did not think that was right. I was very disappointed because I thought me and my wife had finally found a good cleaners. Now we have to look some where else.
You cannot get it right. Time and time again I get wrinkled shirts and collars. 40% of my last order had to be returned for re-do

I was told initially that my clothes would be finished by 5pm, I called they had some but didn't have all of them and didn't know when they would be done. I ended up having to go purchase new clothes for my interview. I feel it's very unprofessional to tell a customer a deadline and not meet it. I understand things happen but they guaranteed me they would be done. When I went to pay the girl didn't seem to care that I was an upset customer and didn't want to do anything to rectify it.
