I was rather disappointed to find out on December 23rd, 5:30pm, that there were spots and fuzz balls on the under side of the of the comforter I had cleaned. We had company coming and it looked worse than when it was dropped off. So now, won't receive back until December 26th--company gone. Thanks.

I tried this location for the first time and the drop off and first-time user set up went smoothly. I asked that my clothes be laundered and pressed with heavy starch. I picked up a couple days later In the Bill seemed high for the number of items I dropped off. Not that big a deal. When I got home and remove the plastic my shirts were barely starched and the pants not at all. Upon further inspection, two of the shirts don’t appear to have even been washed. I don’t know that I will give this location a second opportunity.

I asked for all of my clothes to have heavy start. They did not. They also were double creased. It took me over an hour to repress all of my items.

When I dropped my shirts off I asked the attendant to make sure to clean the ring-around the collar. He told me do not worry about that because they do it anyway. When I returned to pick-up the shirts they were not cleaned properly. I ask the attendant to re-do the shirts. He was very rude to me and told me that it would cost extra money because it would need to be sent back. I will never go to Delia's Cleaners again.

Your cleaners were able to get some blood stains out of the vest, but it came back totally wrinkled rather than nicely pressed. Not impressed.

The counter folks were courteous but I'm disappointed in the service. I request medium starch and creases in my sleeves. The starch level is barely light and the creases are almost non-existent. Shirts are bundled under one bag and usually have a wrinkle down the front from being bagged together. It's a bummer as the specials are good and the location is convenient.

I didn't like that there was no pricing in the store and I wouldn't know my total until I picked up my dry cleaning. I thought for the service this was overpriced even with the 20% off coupon.

I asked for slacks to be pressed flat and they were pressed with a crease. Specifically made sure this was communicated and they got it wrong but I still was charged full price.
