I took a jacket in to the Val Vista and Warner facility to be cleaned and pressed for a funeral. The jacket came back in horrible shape. It didnt look as if it had been touched, other than the right front of the jacket had been pressed in half. They actually folded the jacket and pressed a crease down the middle of it. The clerk at our store on Warner and Val Vista gave me a hard time when using a coupon provided by Tide Cleaners themselves. . When we dropped off our blanket the clerk said he would apply it then. Only to have issues when picking up. If you send coupons to your regular customers let them use them .
This was my first experience ever at a dry cleaner. I went because I started a new job at a fine dining restaurant and I wanted them to make my uniform look professionally pressed. When I picked up my 2 shirts and 2 aprons, the total was $14.50 and everything was wrinkled. I said that was too much money for something that still looks wrinkled. No personality , never treated me when I walked in with Customer kindness
We took some robes and a jacket to the cleaners for my son’s wedding to get steamed and dry cleaned. They quoted us 4 bucks per robe and then when we came to pick it up we were charged more than double for the work. There was no communication given to us for approval to make sure we were okay with the difference from the quote we were first given. I am very disappointed and want to see what we can do to fix this because there was no communication done to make sure we knew it would be more than what was quoted for us.
I was hesitant leaving my daughter's uniform skirts. All I wanted was it to be pressed to get the pleats back that had started to fall out. The ladies kept saying it needed to be dry cleaned. I didn't want all that just for it to be ironed. I would've been fine if they would've said they couldn't do that. They needed up doing a finishing of the dry cleaning on it. When I went to pick up the skirts I saw that what I needed to be done wasn't. The skirt had just been pressed but they didn't follow the pleats of the skirt.
I had a dress cleaned. It was done nicely. The major complaint I have is the price. Twice the amount than any other dry cleaner that I have ever used. Major disappointment. 😔
Have used delias for years. Now that it is tide cleaners keep having trouble. Dropped off clothes before taking a trip. Special instructions to not use starch. Got clothes loaded with starch. Called and was told had to call Delia’s main office which was closed. Terrible customer service. No fix to the problem or attempt to apologize.
Had shirts returned with grease-like blotches
