Your staff at the desk are great/friendly - my only issue is with how "rough" the staff doing cleaning/pressing have been with my dress shirts. I'm getting back several that are missing buttons, or where the buttons have been crushed/broken by your pressing machines. One shirt had THREE buttons crushed. Until about 6 months ago, they seemed to catch and repair/replace buttons but lately this hasn't happened and I end up with clean shirts I can't wear until I repair them.
Location was convenient and service was very quick, but it was pretty expensive compared to other vendors who are also green. I don't plan to return.
I brought in a dress, and 4 shirts to be done. I was satisfied with my dress, but disappointed with the shirts.. I asked for medium starch, which I believe they have, but they were put together, 2 each and the shirt behind got wrinkled and then when they were put together, same thing happened. Just disappointed..
Not well because they did not put on our tag.
I had asked for medium starch and only got light starch. Also I brought in a coupon and don't feel that my discount was applied. My receipt showed multiple prices even though I only had shirts and 1 pair of pants laundered.
Very upset. I brought in a brand new shirt took the tags off at your front desk. Asked to have a pair of pants and shirt only pressed. I left everything in plastic until today so I would stay nice for a wedding I'm attending in 45 minutes. Pull it out of the bag to find a center button missing on a brand new shirt, which I had tried on 10 minutes before arriving at your cleaner. All buttons were there. very pleasant staff, good quality cleaning
I have gone in several times requesting EXTRA HEAVY starch. Each time I have received my clothes back they are just as soft as when they went in, feeling like no starch at all. I refuse to continue to return just for the same results. I will find a company that understands how to starch clothing.
I loved that it was all electronic, and I got an email when my clothes were ready to be picked up.
