regrettably, i felt the front manager was a bit too pushy, i am also from another culture, so i know how that cud be., i had an important out required for that day in that case i was at fault by not coming in time, i was charged fully for that service as it was my error. But I think she should learn to think the customer is king, her demeanor is not like that...my opinion..... i used to go to flairs for 20 years, i am going back there because when i bring my stuff to them i am their boss....in your store it looks like she w... read more
