Your service was excellend but your pricing is higher than what market offers. For instance, your competitor on the same shopping center(and many others in the area) offers $2.50 per shirt and yours is $1 more. So that might be the only reason we will switch to them.
Really nice place! My mom has been a customer here for years and sent me here for the first time because I started wearing suits. Staff is super polite, friendly, and fast. They said it would take two days but it only took 1. They quoted me a price of $55-60 and it came out to $53. Most importantly, my suit looks great! Highly recommended to anyone in the West Valley. Truly a gem of our community.
I was given a pricen estimation that was NOT accurate at all. I let them know that I would have a blazer/heavy jacket and military shirts and I was still given a quote of $5 and some change per item...even with the jacket. When I picked up. I paid over $16 for my jacket being cleaned. It would have been nice to know about that BEFORE I dropped off. Especially since I mentioned it over the phone before drop off.
Great location with plenty of parking. Employees are helpful and friendly. For sure I will come back.
