I needed a wrap dress hemmed, which I had been told by another tailor couldn't be done without taking the whole bottom half of the dress apart. The folks at Tarzana Cleaners assured me the fix was not a problem, and I got my dress back in less than a week, looking beautiful. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on it at the event I had! Thank you so much for great customer service & an excellent job done.
Needed a rush cleaning for the next day. You did it same day!
I paid double for my clothes. I went here because my husband had 2 dress shirts laundered for a little over $4. When my he went to pick up my shirts, they were over $8 each!!! We called and the lady said it’s because they are silk. Not one of my shirts are silk. Not even 1% silk. I’m not sure what is going on, but I will never be coming back. $4 for a men’s shirt and almost $9 for a women’s! Ridiculous!!

Pros: Garments were cleaned and pressed as requested . Did not provide next day service. Convenient business hours. Cons: Service fees are unreasonably high. Based on the prior experience, alteration service is very mediocre.
Friendly service and professional, my husband’s shirts looked great. All the cleaning is done in house and very neat and organized. My laundry was done when they said it would be.
