Super friendly staff! A great first experience everyone was so helpful
Very expensive services. Pants ironed wrongly. Newer more.
Friendly staff but had to go back twice for incorrect tailoring
Wasn't very nice that I couldn't use a coupon. I couldn't print before drop off, and employee wouldn't accept at pick up. I realize it's your "rule", however a one time courtesy would have been nice for a first time customer.

Worst customer service ever. Told lie after lie. I was told that if I brought in all 6 of my grooms men that I would get a discount, when I called to confirm I was then told by some rude lady in the phone that there was no such thing. I was also told that the man who does alteration would stay after 4pm if we made an appointment with him. Once I confirmed a time and date so all my grooms men can meet, I called back to make the appointment and I was told again by the same rude lady that the man will not stay past 4pm.
