I used to drop off on Riverside Blvd until it closed so now I usually use the home delivery service. Imagine my surprise when your employee, Olga, says hello when I walked into the store on I St and remembers me by name! She's always been very conscientious and caring and reminds me of why I love locally owned businesses (I have one myself). Olga offers great personal service and should be recognized for her outstanding performance over the years. Thank u!
It's always a pleasure to bring my cleaning in. The ladies there know my name and when they see me drive up they are already looking for my order.

I have been a customer for well over 10 years. Look back through your records and you will find that the frequency of my drop offs is very much reduced. I would drop off 15 to 20 items and it would cost $120. Lately it has cost me $225. In the last 4 drop offs my pants came back without creases inspire of my reminders. Your overprice and the service sucks

Your hours are too limited. Difficult to find time to drop off or pick up. The cleaning itself is excellent, as always.

I have been a long time swansons customer going back over 20 years , unfortunately because of the recent going cashless policy I may be looking for another dry cleaner. as a business owner myself I understand not excepting checks , but not excepting cash as payment I do not understand
