Cleanliness of clothes was great. A little pricey, 60 for 7 items. But one of the items, suit jacket, had a huge wrinkle in it. Not cool since now I have to try and steam it out.

I took a expensive sweater in for cleaning that I needed in a very short time. The staff member was very sweet and said no problem. I had lost the button on the back and someone had sewed another one on for me. Who ever cleaned and repair my sweater - I am very appreciative!!! Thank you.

the only issue I had was that your landscape company blocked the driveway and were blowing dust and leaves all over the place. My suggestion is to require they park on the street and not make your customers walk the extra distance......and not come during the lunch hour which is when many of us working people run errands like picking up and dropping off laundry. you guys are great, Carson landscaping needs to be more considerate of you their customer.
Over all customer service was good. I have one shirt that I am going to bring by as it now has a torn collar. It is on the outside right front side so it is not something that can just be repaired. On a couple of the other shirt the back area below the collar was pressed with noticeable wrinkles. I am not mad and am easy to understand that things don't always go perfect. But I do want to work this out as I live around the corner and want to be able to count on the convenience and quality of your services.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and very courteous. My jacket was ready on time and I like that I got an alert that my jacket was ready to be picked up. All in all, very easy and convenient. Thank you!
