The price list on the counter said lined dresses could be up to $17.50, but they charged me $20 for almost all of the 7 dresses I brought in. This price seemed excessive, and they didn't tell me the cost until after they accepted them. Then, when I went to pick up my dresses, their card machine was a major pain and I had to insert my debit card and swipe 5 times before it read properly. The lady at the counter was less than welcoming. She came off like she had a bit of an attitude.

The two ladies that were behind the counter bore very nice but I just noticed when I put on my pants for the wedding there was a little white. On the back of my pants looks like a stain I only wore those pants once and checked it through early before I gave it to them

The quality of cleaning was great; however, the customer service and value were not impressive. I dropped off 8 long sleeve shirts for laundry and 1 pants for dry cleaning. My drop off ticket confirmed this and the service rep didn't mention anything else. When I pick up my clothes, a few of the shirts went through a more expensive "premium" cleaning process and I had to spend more than I was expecting.
