The staff were very friendly, direct, and competent. The place was large and clean. But the price was about twice what I was expecting, even though they said we got 25% off for our first visit. At that rate, it would have been almost $50 for three sweaters and a dress, none of which had any obvious cleaning issues. Also, we were told when we came to pick up our things that our queen-size comforter was too big for their machines - yet they advertise that they clean bedding and bedding accessories. Never used them before, but I had a black tie emergency and needed some trousers altered. Not only were they done in record time, but the stitching was terrific!! Expert tailoring, and service with a smile! Can't beat that combination!!!
I have recently moved to the area and It was my first time using this cleaners. The customer service was top notch, kind and gratious. They were fast too. I had 44 items and they had them done the next day!
My experience was wonderful. This was my first time using flair dry cleaning. I had dry cleaning as well as a vintage coat repaired. I loved the service and the tailor who took great care with my coat. I will be a regular customer with flair. Great customer service.

I have no problems with the service. The staff are all great and I'm impressed with the dry cleaning. I had brought in a coat that needed some sewing as well as dry cleaned. Well, it was dry cleaned fine and dandily, but nothing was sewed, so that's something I still have to take care of.
It was a great experience! I will recommend flair cleaners to all my friends and family.
