Good dry cleaning. Gets things done on time. Issue with starch : they use so much, even after requesting to likit it, and shirts come out looking & feeling like they're made out of cardboard.

IF I had a bad experience at Regency it is such a distant memory. I have been a consistent customer since we moved to Durham in 1988. The staff is friendly and efficient. The service has not faltered. I am committed to this laundry service until I either move from Durham or die.

I was pleasantly surprised that my couch covers were done in a day! They had me sign all kinds of waivers which made me nervous, i was nervous anyway. Its a very expensive sofa but the covers are wonderful.
