Friendly, professional staff! Excellent work! I returned to find my tree skirt very, very clean and buttons sewn on where there were missing items! Wow! Customer service is amazing. Thanks to the manager and staff there.

Items were returned by the time promised I always use Regency for all of my items only lost a button once and they took care of it immediately I am always satisfied and have recommended them several times
