I was on board with going to Regency cleaners after calling about their services. I've never had such a friendly greeting over the phone when calling a business. I am new to the area and randomly found them on my GPS. I will be coming back as a happy customer.

Service has been slow the last few times I've come to pick up. One day when I came and the delivery truck was there, I was just ignored. I left after about five minutes.

The woman who assisted me was VERY pleasant, answered my questions completely, and even provided additional useful information that I hadn't thought of myself. Thank you to her! The suit looks great. I didn't make note of the woman's name, but she was a young, black woman, approximately 5 feet+ tall, and at the counter on Wednesday, 12/22/2021, around 2:15PM.
