Worst customer service ever. Up until now we’ve been happy satisfied customers, unfortunately that ended today. My husband stop in after shopping in the local market. He used most of his cash on food. He had one Check just one, he gave the girl at the counter two pick up receipts, he then asked her how much. He wrote the check out for the amount she , told him. Very disappointing experience. Used Beasleys for 10 + years and have had 3 do'overs as well as broken zippers, lost items, and major mistakes.
Really convenient. I'm looking forward to continuing the pick-up drop-off service. I haven't compared the pricing yet to my last dry cleaning place so I can't comment on that yet.
Way more expensive than other cleaners in the area.
For the first time ever our dry cleaning has an odor with the last several pick ups and It's not a pleasant one either.! I don't know if it's old solution or you have changed brands. Please advise!!
