I ordered a bathing suit per the RL size guide and it didn’t fit. I sent it back and ordered the next bigger size. RL returned the first suit and refused to give me a refund. The suit was unused and in the original packaging. I quit ordering from them.

Six men's short sleeve casual shirts cost $52 to clean! You're way too expensive for me.
We only used their tailoring service and it was awful. The tailor made a mistake in the measurements and tried to blame us for it. The hemming was also not done correctly. Rude and unprofessional.

I had two pairs of pants hemmed there and they came out about an inch shorter than they should be. Theo pair of pants ruined.

I was charged twice for one invoice and when I notified them I got nothing but nastiness from the owner via his cell phone and told me to take it up with my banks he was telling going to help me. Horrible customer service and it cost me time and money to fix their error needless to say they lost a customer and I loved this place when it was Beasley cleaners, it horrible now that polo cleaners took it over.
