The first time I came in to pick up my Santa suit, I asked how much I owed you. Your response was, “nothing, it’s on the house. You’re Santa. 🧑🎄 I was overwhelmed and became an instant lifetime customer. Over the years, I have come to find out that most everyone I know in San Juan uses you too.
Brought in several pieces(11)to be cleaned , 1 suit and a nice evening dress we needed for a wedding and a few other items , short sleeve shirts and 1 trouser and 1 dress shirt . I asked how much they charge for suits and I was told 7.45 for the pants and 11.45 for the jacket ...the dress was even "listed " as a cocktail dress but it was full length . She said usually 20-25 . My favorite cardigan ,which I wore only a few times, was obviously ruined in two areas by your dry cleaning. It was sewn over in two sections, which of course made it unwearable— nothing was said about it when I picked it up, and I was charged also for the dry cleaning of this ruined item. This item cost $130. I didn’t appreciate the deception.
Super disappointed! Was sold a “discount card” in my neighborhood. First time drop off was for 11 men’s shirts to be LAUNDERED only with no starch. and had a 50% off coupon. Was charged $107 for 11 mens shirts “dry cleaned” at $9.95 each. Will not be returning here again. Use caution when using these guys.
Price to expensive. Found similar quality for lower price in nearby area. However, your front line staff is excellent. Great friendly team. Your service is fast. Your text messages are super. Yet with all these incredible qualities, the price difference is too much. I’d come back once your prices are better aligned. Thanks! Kevin
I was informed my clothes /shirts would cost something else and when I went to pick them up I was charged DOUBLE the amount I was told. Absolutely unprofessional and out of line. I will never go back to them again. My wife will be posting some more later this week. Horrible!
Always the Best treatment. The cleaning are really. CLEAN. They package everything professionally and the turn around service is remarkable. Janet runs that place AMAZING. Everything is tagged so loss is nearly impossible I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !
The hem of my pants was done by your tailor, who I am sure is a very nice person, but the result was not acceptable nor in alignment to what we measured when she ‘pinned’ the hem.
After using a different cleaners , I decided to return to Polo. The service is fine and the cleaning results are fine. However I find the prices ridiculous! I sent napkins to be laundered… no starch. I was charged basically $10 per napkin! I had a bill for $80. I was told that because they were linen it was an extra $1.50 per napkin. I Won’t be returning … I find that insulting.
