Ridiculously expensive
Quality of service is fine, pricing is exorbitant and excessive! I won’t be back. $107 for 7 items???

Cleaning was dropped off, but not picked up. After a phone call to Polo, I was assured that someone would be by to pick it up yesterday, late afternoon. The bag of clothes was still at our front door this morning!
My first experience will be my last. I dropped off some sheets, pillow cases, blankets and a comforter to be washed (not dry cleaned) and was not provided a price. When my wife picked up the order they charged us over $300 and said that was discounted. I called and was advised there was nothing they could do and I asked the owner to call me. I love the location of this cleaners and the price was excellent! Unfortunately they were not able to remove the water stain from my Slip brand silk pillowcase 😢 No explanation why, just a card that says “we tried and tried and tried but could not clean this any further without damaging the product.” Disappointed, especially since the care instructions online for Slip silk pillowcase say to have this dry cleaned!
When I checked in i pointed out one sweater that qualified for a25% discount and you changed it to a dress and chargged me $15 for it. The pants were cleaned in Oct for $8 and you charged me $10. There sgowed 12 pieces when there were only 8. $72 for 8 pieces seems high to me!
We have been using Polo Cleaners for over two years and on a regular basis. From dry cleaning suits, to comforters and regular laundering. We have used most of their services. There have been a few occasions where we were overcharged, and there was an obvious attitude from the staff when approaching. There have been occasions where items have gone missing.
