Initial meeting with the lady that I believe was the manager - was very good, personable and informative. When I picked up my two sportcoats they were in excellent condition and well-packaged to insure they'd look good coming off the hanger! The quality and care was definitely there! I am a new customer and will use Pilgrim's in Friendswood, Texas going forward!
I was told when I picked up my jacket that the spots left all over it was mold from Harvey and would not come out. I put leather cleaner on some of the spots and they came right out, they were just dirt from the flood. The 875.00 jacket was wrinkled ,lining torn up and looked like it had been used for second base , It was nothing like that when I brought it in.

I have concerns. On several occasions, items that do not belong to me have been mixed in my order. In addition, your workers do not always seem very accommodating especially when i inquire about the most recent coupons. I prefer your quality of cleaning but feel customer service needs to be worked on and getting orders correct.
Way too expensive! $10.00 per item.... I won’t mske that mistake again. However, I’m pretty certain no one even reads these, so I’m not sure why they are sent out. I have filled one out in the past about how an employee treated me on my visit and I never heard a word. So maybe save some of your marketing money that is wasted to lower the prices for the consumer.
The staff was very friendly - however, when I picked up the cost was way more than I expected. Found out they dry cleaned shirts that we have always had laundered and when I dropped off they were in the "laundry pile". She did give me a store credit since she said I was supposed to be getting one for being a first time customer, but not for dry cleaning shirts that we wanted laundered and couldn't debit my card as I has already paid.
Not sure I was very happy with my experience... the price was higher than what I thought it was going to be but I did have quite a few items... Also I was wondering if I prefer to bring my own hangers for my garments... is the allowed?
The staff were very kind and extremely helpful in the aftermath of flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Nearly everything I owned was lost or ruined, and Pilgrim has been remarkable in restoring what I have been able to salvage.
