Fast friendly service and my clothes looked great.
Service is always great, but a little upset, my son brings 26 items in...put on my acct. Not sure if you can see how long I've been a customer, but just a little fyi about coupons could have saved him a lot of money. Not a big deal to bring back the next day if he would have been told.
Clothes were clean, ready for pickup on time, and attendant was courteous. What else does one need to be a satisfied customer?
Everything went smooth except I had dual creases in my pants and on my shirt. You need to take a little more time when pressing.

Desk attendant was rude. I was trying to claim a coupon for a pickup and also happened to have a drop-off. The coupon was valid when I dropped off but had expired since then. She gave me a lot of attitude about having an expired coupon even though she agreed eventually that it was valid. Not sure it was necessary to argue her point since presumably it was listed on the initial invoice whether I had showed the coupon appropriately or not.
