Service was good, but the cost for reinserting my purse strap on one purse & sewing a little tab on my second purse was very expensive ($20.55) in my opinion. The repair on these two purses couldn’t have taken more than 10-20 minutes or less on my two purses.
Shoes resolved in timeframe promised. Work appears to be quality repairs.
Great job on new heels for my boots.
Pleasant customer service and ready when they said bt a bit expensive . Over $50 to hem three pants... Seems a little high. I should have check the price before I left them. :-/
