Have been going there for 10 years! Always satisfied with the quality of Laundry and cleaning. Appreciate the 30 day reminded to pick up left items. Friendly service staff. One calls me by name.

I left an Astros T-shirt to have the gem shortened. I put it on so the lady could fit it. I told her I wanted to keep it a "Shirt-tail " hem. (Rounded ) She didn't mark it, pin it or write anything down. I even asked her if she needed to pin it & she said no. When I went to pick up my shirt, it was hemmed straight across - not as I had asked -& barely long enough to my liking. I am very upset about what was done to my shirt.
