Staff is always pleasant. Greeting you has soon you walk in. Counter service is quick and efficient. Email notification of clothes being ready is nice and your usually notified before the due date that there ready

Staff is always courteous and remember me. Jasmin is outstanding and trains the new employees in the same excellent customer service she provides. Great place!
Service was good, but the cost for reinserting my purse strap on one purse & sewing a little tab on my second purse was very expensive ($20.55) in my opinion. The repair on these two purses couldn’t have taken more than 10-20 minutes or less on my two purses.
