had 2 pair of jeans to be lightly starched---- they were at least medium! A bit stiff for my liking.
Sent 2 pairs of pants in to be hemmed 2in got them back and they were still the same length, were not hemmed. Took them back to be fixed, currently waiting to see if they do get hemmed.

I picked up my bundle of dry cleaning only to find out that my sons suit pants for the wedding he was in that day got left at the Fuqua location. So that tells me that they don't even verify the order once it arrive back at the South Shore location.
I went in and dropped my cleaning off, and showed my coupon. I picked up my cleaning, and was over charged. I also had no receipt on my cleaning. I checked with other cleaners, and your prices are a lot higher. I'm not sure why, but I'm wondering how often I've been over charged because I've never checked. I don't think I'll be returning.
The two star rating was given because the items were dry cleaned appropriately but took 3 weeks to complete. I had 4 drapery panels and two pillow shams that I delivered 2 weeks prior to Christmas. I wanted to get them cleaned prior to guests arriving for the holiday. I did not get them until after my guests departed. I was told it would be about a week to do. I was also told that others (clothing) was given priority. I really think it should be first in, first out.

You lost my comforter and I had to call the manager over and over again to get any information. At one point two weeks after it was lost I was told it was found and I would have in a few days. So I few days later I called back and I was told oh sorry it was lost. So this is about 3 weeks later. So after another week of no information I stopped by the store and the Clerk had to call the manager to get information. Then I was giving a claim ticket.
