I was quoted $75 was charged $96 without being told. I would not have left the dress for the $20 difference. I was only offered an in-store credit which I do not need or want. I will not be using their services again. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!!!
They charge more than how was my total I will never go again. They said the shirts are 2.39 and 20 % but it wasn’t
Omg they lost my clothes and they don’t even smell washed. How can you lose clothes for two months and my hat has more stains then when I took it in
Did not apply the coupon we gave when we dropped off laundry and the girl working could not give us the price of the coupon costing me approximately $15 extra dollars. This has occurred several times before.

We had a terrible experience! I dropped my husbands clothes off on Tuesday (it had all of his brand new work shirts, plus some shirts and jeans) and was told they would be ready on Thursday after 6:00pm. I showed up Thursday to pick up his clothes and the young girl tells me she doesn’t have any of our clothes, and that they weren’t supposed to be there until Friday after 6:00pm. Last year went to the location in Dickinson and they lost my jacket for about a week, so once that was resolved by getting my jacket back finally. I decided to use the location in South shore to get my clothes cleaned went to go pick them up and was told there were no clothes listed for me. Dropped off a 3 piece suit and dress shirt on Monday and was told it'd be ready by Thursday after 6, come Friday morning it wasn't ready. Was then told it'd be ready after 5, finally got a call around 650 that it was ready. The manager didn't charge for it but my brother was late to the wedding he was a part of and he can't get that back. Very disappointed in the service and will not be back.
