The shoes I left did not get the work done that was needed and instead they did something totally different. As a result I ended up having to pay for it and still throw them away. Not happy :(
when I went to pick up my shirts on Wed. one of them still had a stain. The young men said he would send it back out and have it for me by Friday. I went to pick it up on Friday at 3pm and it was not in and the young lady called and they said I would not get it in until 6pm. I was not a happy person because I needed that shirt for a wedding I was attending by 5pm!! and the person on the phone seamed like not my problem you won't get it until 6pm!! Very disappointed. When I dropped the clothes off, I asked if it was possible for them to be ready the same day. The lady working told me that she could fulfill the request. Also, before leaving I asked how much it was going to be for the service. She told me that she was not sure because she had to enter everything into the system. I said, "well, is it going to be a dollar an item or $1.50? She said, probably $1.59. On my way home, I stopped by to pick up the clothes and only half were ready for pick up. The service was great. When my husband went to put on his clothes. The shirt and the pants shrank and he was unable to wear them to our event. We had to buy new clothes. I will never use this cleaners again. He didn't grow in 24 hours. It's ridiculous.
I am NOT sure you would like my feedback at this time. Pilgrim cleaners lost a pair of my wife's shorts approximately 2 weeks ago. At week 1 a note was left for the manager. At week 2 another note was left for the manager to call my wife. Still no response. I am off August 5th (her husband) to get a resolution to this issue that keeps repeating itself. The last time my wife's work clothes were missing for over a week. I have become very irritated. Everytime we go to this pilgrim cleaners we continue to hear same issue... read more
Friendly service. Wrong price. Didn't pick up order.
I asked for heavy starch because I weld when I got them back the had random lines threw them the pockets where folded in and ironed like that and I had no choice but to wear them to my lunch in on Saturday very disappointed
Overly priced! And I guess if you want your things starched & say not the heavy starch they don't do it at all! Wow dissapointed & note to self DO NOT GO THERE AGAIN!
First and last visit. I should have left when it took 5 minutes for the guy working to acknowledge me when I dropped stuff off on Monday. He told me my stuff would be ready on Wednesday "about now. So 5:00." Well I got there Wednesday a little after 5 to find that only 3 out of 6 items were ready. When I asked where the rest were the woman working told me the rest wouldn't be ready till 6:00.
