I dropped off my clothes on a Saturday and was told they would be ready on Tuesday. I came in Tuesday around 4:00pm and my clothes were not there. A young lady apologized to me and said she would put a rush on it so they would be there Wednesday. I feel that a good service recovery plan would have been to say they would be there Wednesday and there would be a discount of some kind.
Counter service was excellent as usual. However, I do have a beef with the business end of the operation. I am on the billing plan and my last invoice had an additional $2 charge for paper billing. I paid the invoice and added a note with my payment that I would like to be removed from the billing plan and pay on pickup instead. Today when I picked up I was unable to pay for my order.
